　　這種技術(shù)是通過(guò)在爐內(nèi)受熱面沿水平方向和垂直方向，裝設(shè)合金板形成網(wǎng)格式格柵。

　　一塊一塊安裝合金板的畫面，并給安裝完成后的仰視角度

　　格柵板裝設(shè)后能阻斷高速貼壁流的形成，優(yōu)化水冷壁表面流場(chǎng)，消除局部渦流，降低氣固兩相流貼壁運(yùn)動(dòng)速度，減小物料顆粒對(duì)水冷壁的切削力，從而有效控制受熱面磨損泄漏的發(fā)生。

　　展現(xiàn)安裝后的效果，鍋爐外部透視出鍋爐貼壁物流的流場(chǎng)變化。然后再展現(xiàn)鍋爐內(nèi)部合金板物流流速的變化。
